When tracking becomes available, an update is sent. Tell us about late, lost, marked-delivered, or damaged shipments so carrier evidence can be investigated.

Delivery limits

Some addresses or items can face carrier, legal, or geographic restrictions. Support requests should include the order number, checkout email, any tracking code, and the concern.

Processing and transit

Allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order handling, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Carrier conditions can change an estimate.
