Thirty-day request period

Contact us no later than 30 days from delivery. Items returned without a defect must remain new and unused with packaging, tags, and included accessories intact.

Return authorization

To begin, provide the order number, checkout email, and explanation. Photos or video of both product and packaging are also required for damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing parts, or material description differences. Wait for authorization before mailing anything.

Labels and exchanges

Use the no-cost return label supplied inside the parcel to mail an approved return. There is no restocking charge, and exchange fulfillment is subject to stock.

Approved refunds

An approved refund is sent back through the original form of payment within 10 days; posting time after that is controlled by the payment provider.

What may be returned

Both defective and non-defective merchandise can be returned, and exchanges are available. This includes preference changes, mistaken selections, and change-of-mind requests.
